This policy protects the goods carried with broad cover based on the Institute Cargo Clauses and their equivalents, including specific extensions for complex operations (physical loss/damage; sea/road/air/multimodal; handling, theft, accidents and extraordinary events; general average, wreck removal or reforwarding; open/floating policy or continuous cover; one-off shipments under a single-transit policy; special projects and oversized cargo). Cover and scope: all types of goods; protection throughout the journey (origin – transit – destination); international clauses adapted to the forwarder's operations; optional additional cover depending on the risk profile. Policy types: single transit/per voyage; open/floating (per-voyage or periodic declaration); annual. Territorial scope: Spain, European Union and the rest of the world, with the usual exclusions for sanctions or war zones, which we keep updating and adapting in our policies.
