2. Nature of the activity
HELIX MARINE AGENCIA DE SUSCRIPCIÓN, S.L. carries out its activity as an underwriting agency, on the terms set out in Law 20/2015, of 14 July, on the organisation, supervision and solvency of insurance and reinsurance undertakings, and in Royal Decree 1060/2015, of 20 November, on the organisation, supervision and solvency of insurance and reinsurance undertakings.
